Specifically, gathering information on San Francisco in reaction to their recent law on banning fossil fueled heating and cooling technologies. I contacted the local government there and gathered all available information on the subject. We met with the client of a fortune 500 company to deliver our results and recommendation on how best to target that market. Additionally, I also researched their competition that they would have throughout North America from VRF heat pumps and discussed those findings. On the second project I worked with a regional automotive dealership to update their training material for their sales staff. On both projects I met with my teams every day for daily scrums and weekly sprint meetings to discuss progress on the projects.
