I am a Lead Game Designer, most notably on Fall Guys at Epic Games/Mediatonic, leading the Level Design team and growing it from a team of 5 to 12 designers. I am currently available for freelance and consultancy work whilst I work on our debut game at a Skeletons - a studio I co-founded.I'm also involved with music festivals. I run Deevstock, an annual microfestival, as well as The Garden Centre venue at Boomtown, which is a festival of music and immersive theatre and one of the UK's largest and most respected. These projects involve leading teams of up to 40, with skillsets as diverse as lighting technicians, DJs and actors, as well as managing budgets, timelines and stage designs.
