About Ben Noren

I received my PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wyoming where I researched tissue engineering, biomaterial design, and microfluidic based diagnostics with the Oakey lab. During my PhD I co-founded CellDrop Biosciences, Inc-- a translational medicine spinout fusing biology and engineering to enhance injury healing and optimize biological function. I’m passionate about improving healthcare with innovative science to help both humans and animals live their most fulfilling lives. I’m a certified professional alpine ski instructor, kayak guide, and former USCSA All American collegiate nordic ski racer. I love to ski, run, cycle, kayak, climb mountains, travel, and learn about the world.
