In my Technical Consultant role I am currently supporting the portfolio of products Newfield IT has to offer both Pre and post sales. I have a broad knowledge of each manufacturer’s device and software e.g. HP, Konica Minolta, Ricoh and Xerox. I’m fully qualified on SafeCom, Equitrac, eCopy Sharscan, Ysoft all full product training. I have vast experience across multi-vendor platforms with all recent exams passed and when an update is released.

I am an ambitious, experienced and skilled Solutions Engineer with a wealth of experience in both solutions and equipment in the print industry. I have a vast amount of experience ‘in the field’ and engage with customers (both existing and potential) on a daily basis. In my most recent role I perform a wide range of tasks as part of a team that supports a huge range of solutions that work around equipment from Ricoh, Hewlett Packard, Konica Minolta, Kyocera-Mita, Canon and Toshiba. I am involved actively in each step of the customer journey from presales right through to completion and then the subsequent support of the solution that has been provided. The means that I have to effectively communicate and manage relationships with both the customer and my peers. In all aspects of my work I have to demonstrate the skills I have attained as well as my willingness to work long hours and work under pressure to ensure that, ultimately, the customer is satisfied.
