I have also developed strong skills in sales processes, food and beverage management, and Microsoft Office Suite, which enable me to oversee the daily operations, budgeting, inventory, and marketing of our branch. I have successfully increased the sales, customer satisfaction, and employee retention of our branch, thanks to the collaboration and support of my team and the corporate office.
