As part of the events team here at the Royal Aeronautical Society, I organise, manage, and support a wide range of events for different groups within the Society.

• I worked as part of the team responsible for organising learning events for both levy-funded learners and learners from corporate clients. My key duties included:
• Booking and managing virtual learning events for both levy-funded apprenticeships and privately funded corporate learners.
• Moderating Zoom/ Teams calls and supporting the event facilitator, showcasing good troubleshooting and the ability to remain calm and adapt to new situations.
• Managing events calendar and updating it with any changes daily, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Coordinating with a rota of freelance facilitators and special guest content providers and ensuring they have the necessary details and content in time for each event. This again demonstrates my organisational skills.
• Collecting, recording, and analysing event feedback data and learner attendance data, highlighting both my analytical thinking skills and my ability to use Excel.

In this role, I gained valuable customer service experience dealing with customers in person and over the phone. After my initial training, I was placed in a newly opened bureau where I enjoyed the challenge of working with a new team in a new store.
