My current role expands on the duties that I was undertaking whilst being a Delivery Manager. This encompasses all of my previous experience in recruitment, training and management of staff. I now have approximately 70 staff including 2 team leaders. The team is focused on replenishment of stock and ensuring that it is completed both on time and to the highest standards in order to assist in ensuring that our. Com Centre continues to be the most profitable for Tesco in the country with a focus on efficiency and effective processes. There is a clear focus on employee feedback and review to ensure that all staff are fulfilling their potential, as well as considerable development opportunities. In addition to permanent members of staff I also have responsibility of 20+ temporary workers whereby they require additional support, flexible rotas, and due to their high turnover requires continued interviewing and reviews to maintain output levels across my area.

Acting Delivery Manager before moving in to a placement role and subsequently being officially promoted in to my current role as a night manager. During this period I looked after the support team, which included creating rotas as well as holiday management, assisting in queries that the delivery drivers had a long with set up and closure of the operation. I also conducted the health and safety as well as compliance training for up to 500+ delivery drivers and desk support team. I assisted in recruitment for any required vacant positions within my area. Various Stakeholder Management as well as ability to converse and meet with all levels of individual across the store to ensure that standards were upheld and communication fluid.
