As Service Plan Co-ordinator at Hendy Group, I was responsible for selling service packages over the phone for Ford, Honda, Mazda and Kia which I did on behalf of 9 branches within the Hendy Group. I worked with both new and used car customers and played a huge part in creating and adapting the format of the service plans in order to maximise sales and maintain high class customer relations.
