During my 2nd stint with the Columbus Food League I was hired on to be a line cook for a new concept restaurant they were opening in the downtown Columbus Area. My duties there included production and cooking of food items, cost management, training and creating new menu items for a growing and changing menu. I worked closely with investors, the general manager and two different kitchen managers to help develop and grow the company during my time there.

During my time at College I looked to progress in every aspect of the hospitality industry. Columbus Food League (CFL) was able to provide for me a step into human resources. While there I worked closely with the CEO of the company and the human resource manager to develop and refine a database consisting of over 500 current and former employees. I also worked closely with employees to keep up with important paperwork, correspond with 5 different restaurants and send out employee news letters to keep everyone within the network on the same page.
