Source suitable insurance where required Review and advise on insurance Clauses in Implementation Contracts, Consultant Agreements and other vendor agreements. Provide insurance advice to the Joint Venture on claims Drafting & presenting presentations and training on insurance.Drafting Internal Insurance Procedures, documentation and work instruction.Assist Commercial Team with management and contractual advise on EPCM Head Contract.Contract Management of EPCM head contract, implementation contracts and consultancy contracts. Experience in setting up, tendering, dispute and close out of all contracts.

Developing, implementing and managing insurance programs which accurately address client needs.Actively assisting with the development of additional business from existing portfoliosImplementing of appropriate account retention, renewal and broking strategies.Developing and maintaining solid working relationships with insurers and colleagues through regular contact and liaison.Maintaining a sound understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.
