- I consulted with engineers, communicated with customers and worked with the service team to deliver quality service to the clients.Key responsibilities:
- Over 150 job closures a day; checking if the engineers report has been filed, pricing the workup correctly and ensuring that any customer portals are closed correctly.
- Providing quotations to customers. This includes both international businesses and privateclients.
- Customer support: picking up phones and answering emails when the rest of the team isbusy.
- Weekend work; logging new jobs, scheduling for the engineers, and managing the inbox.
- Performing system sweeps; checking for lost jobs, moving on work orders, closing unneededjobs, and contacting suppliers or customers regarding old orders.
