•Strategically developed conducive sales strategies for optimising sales opportunities and maximising long-term contractual agreements with skillful negotiations for metallurgical coal globally•Forged strategic and positive relationships and partnerships with international stakeholders to drive the coal sales volumes increase by more than 200% between 2013 and 2015•Played a pivotal role as the lead negotiator for the Wesfarmers Resources share in 3-year construction project valued in total $5billion constructing the new world class Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal (WICET) and Wiggins Island Rail Project for expansion of the capacity for rail network activities. I sat on the WICET Board for almost 3 years from 2015 – 2018 •Appropriately managed reporting mechanisms on developments within the metallurgical coal markets and champion organisational change management based on industry and market trends and updates •Achieved strong results with the Curragh mine logistics contract management performing 10-15% above contract performance in rail haulage and rail network functions.
