Manage the Marketing and Promotions department for 94.7 WCSX, 105.1 The BOUNCE & 105.9 KISS-FMResponsibilities include:Work with Sales and Programming staff to create, manage, and execute all promotions and marketing for the two stations. Manage the marketing and advertising budgetManage and oversee promotion staff including a Promotion Coordinator and 20 street team membersWork with sales team to develop marketing and promotional programs to meet both the needs of the client and the radio station.Work closely with the sales team to generate ideas to secure advertising dollars and non- traditional revenueProduce and execute large scale events, including securing sponsors, vendors, entertainment, stage and sound, all on site layouts and the overall look, consumer experience and being sure to fulfill the client’s needsCreate custom proposals and work with various venues and promoters to obtain product and prizes for both stations promotional needs for on air and for eventsDeveloped and managed execution of client sponsorships programs. Develop and maintain relationships to create unique opportunities for on-air contesting and marquee events. Write press releases and secured media partners for specific events.Additional Responsibilities include:Manage the Internship Program for Beasley Media Group, including the hiring of interns from local area colleges and broadcasting schools for WRIF, WCSX and The BounceAttend intern and job career fairs to promote the opportunities at Beasley Media Group DetroitMaintain and manage intern program budget and marketing itemsWork with HR to be sure all proper paperwork is handled for EEO.
