In the capacity of a program manager I conducted a detailed analysis of the existing technology including API's to distribution platforms, sales and operations processes and capabilities. I subsequently developed and implementing an overall commercially prioritized strategy which included stakeholder engagement and management. Further, I executed the partnership strategy to allow the company to achieve its growth objectives by contracting new strategic partners and identifying opportunities to maximise the revenue of existing partners.

I held the strategic supplier relationship between Flight Centre and enterprise global hotel chains such as Accor, Marriott and Hilton. I developed and implemented methodology with relevant data for proactive Partner Performance Management, and held C-level partner meetings targeted at achieving additional revenue and profit margins. Further, I initiated stakeholder group communication and supported localised sales team strategies.

Leading the contracting and operations teams, responsibilities included devising and executing the contracting strategy, KPI implementation and achievement, and influencing the channelling of supplier sales to achieve revenue and margin growth. I also interacted directly with partners in a leadership capacity, and negotiated top tier supplier contracts.

I was responsible for the management of the sales and customer service contact centre teams, which included sales analysis and reporting, evaluation of marketing, staff development, training as well as target and KPI setting. A period of significant growth ensued enabling an increase of sales consultants by 30% which increased revenue by 95%.

I was responsible for re-establishing a business out of voluntary administration, into a profitable and successful one. This included P&L accountability, staff recruitment, training and KPI setting, as well as the introduction of multi-medium marketing initiatives and strategies to drive lead generation including the development of strategic partner alliances. Additionally, I managed all supplier SLA's and contracts and the onboarding of a new CRM platform.

This unique and highly successful Australasian company provides premium computer training and seminar/conference training facilities. I was responsible for the New South Wales P&L, new customer acquisition and operations team management creating a customer centric environment. I successfully fostered strategic relationships with existing customers and acquired new customers through effective pipeline and BDM management, to surpass budgeted revenue targets.

North Sydney/Cremorne/Mosman - Sydney

I was directly accountable for the profitability of each business including all P&L and operational facets, including staff training and development, budgeting and KPI setting. I identified and developed new business leads and strategic relationships, in addition to maximising the value associated with each customer enquiry. My leadership style, culminated with my customer centric ideals and sales techniques were responsible for each business I managed, being highly successful.

North Sydney

This position provided me with exposure to the corporations’ strategic decision-making processes. Working within a small team of six Product Development Managers and directly responsible to state and national leaders, key company accounts were developed and nurtured as well as a help desk being maintained. The diverse role also incorporated relationships with airline account representatives, the delivery of staff training via classroom and mentoring, as well as providing support for flight centre offices in constructing complicated and challenging airfare itineraries.
