As a self diagnosed extrovert, I thrive in the company of others, and enjoy finding ways to help people achieve their goals. Sometimes this happens in the workplace, other times it may just be a personal challenge that doesn't show up on the radar. It seems I figured things out early in college while completing a degree in Communications / Public Relations, but I was lured away by the security and solid pay structure of web development. It took almost a decade for me to realize that development was not my life long "calling". Over the years, I have slowly gravitated back towards the business side as an Analyst and Project Manager. No matter how hard I have fought it, the road has consistently led me back to roles that inject me into coordinating and communicating with people. At the end of most days, I ask myself one question... "was I able to make someone's life better today?" If the answer to that question was "Yes", then it felt like a success.Today, I rely on those functional skills along with my broad IT background to help others find the perfect home for their personality and skill set. I am excited about the future and all the captivating personalities I get to meet along the way.
