Brought in to KTS Recruitment, a small and independent recruitment company based in Bristol by my former Director at Meridian Business Support. Responsible for the day to day operational management of a team of 7, split across two offices in Bristol, and for the company P&L. Still a hands-on recruitment role I was front-footed in bringing on new client wins, setting up the account management process, SLA's, KPI's and service reviews. Two major client wins added 350+ daily margin interim placements out per day within the commercial industry.KTS Recruitment was acquired by Time4 Recruitment and I was tupe'd over to work for their business.
