Beginning in an consulting role and subsequently moving into a permanent position as Chief Analytics Officer and later as Chief Operations Officer, architected the current proprietary ERP solution used across the corporation and re-engineered the organizational processes employed to utilize the system resulting in a $100,000.00 monthly cost savings though elimination of outside consulting and consolidation of roles and responsibilities. Today all non-sales department personnel in the core staff augmentation and EHR consulting businesses at Surrex Consulting and Surrex as well as the corporate office report up through my organization including finance, accounting, IT, software development, HR and Administration. Facilitate business process improvements along with functional and organizational re-design by working collaboratively with business strategists, process owners and subject matter experts to implement new and upgraded Business Systems and Processes on new development projects. • Apply specialized training in products and services development to define strategic goals, outline the product roadmap, characterize business and functional requirements and build the project plan(s) to implement new product developments. • Maximize design engineering, manufacturing and sales, efforts through the collaborative implementation of business systems, reports, and processes.• Document and refine business requirements, workflow and leverage technology to enable or improve business processes. Lead and facilitate teams in the implementation of new and/or upgraded business systems and processes (including operations and change management) to improve overall company performance.• Work with business leaders in the identification of Key Process Indicator (KPI) improvements initiatives and implement corresponding policies, procedures, metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs) which result in a high performance culture.• Research and identify third (3rd) party contracted services including service oriented architecture (SOA) and software as a service (SaaS) implementations which may serve to improve performance and reduce costs.• Lead and facilitate engineering teams in delineation of technical specification requirements. • Provide program management services associated with large and highly complex product development projects. Lead the adoption and implementation of strategic planning and proven system level methodologies and processes. Implemented and managed the Project Management Office (PMO). Create and maintain company wide process improvement initiatives including SDLC and RUP based product development resulting in improved rates of return, Cost of Quality reductions, and repeatable and supportable company wide policies and procedures.• Define and document the trategic plan to implement the company vision and create/maintain the product roadmap.• Serve as the executive leader responsible for delivering the right products on schedule and within established budgets • Design and lead adoption of company wide project management and product development processes while emphasizing growth and profitability.• Implement Project Management Office adopting industry wide Project Management Methodologies.
