I am a Human Factors and WHS Consultant with five years industry experience currently working at Epigroup in Perth, Australia. Here I apply a risk-based and task-focused approach to managing human reliability within complex socio-technical systems predominantly in hazardous industries such as energy, resources and infrastructure. Previously, I started my career at Rolls-Royce Submarines in the UK where I worked as a Human Factors Engineer. I worked with stakeholders in mechanical, electrical and operational engineering to design safe onsite facilities. This role gave me my first industry exposure to human factors and gave me a working knowledge of safety assurance and nuclear systems.I am a Chartered Ergonomist and Registered Member with the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, hold a Master’s Degree in Human Factors and Ergonomics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.I am highly motivated and ambitious. I collaborate well with people from a variety of backgrounds, ages and cultures due to growing up in different countries and my diverse education and work experience.
