Responsible for managing Resourcing and Couriers & Freight categories on behalf of Leonardo. Responsible for identifying and executing sourcing solutions to drive down spend, increase supplier performance through contract management and develop internal process to deliver results. • Consolidation and rationalisation of supplier base across clients• Provide advice across all clients • Managing supplier relationships whilst delivering savings to the customer • Working with a range of internal teams including Finance/Billing/Logistics/Compliance/HR to provide an end to end service• Management of the RFP (Request For Proposal) process for a range of large/corporate programmes
