Migrating website information from a previous CRM system onto the new 'Fusemetrix' system. Producing visuals of club sports kits displaying club logos and sponsors for potential customers. Liaising closely with clients to ensure that all artwork is displayed exactly as required. Producing production-ready designs using CorelDraw & Photoshop prior to embroidery or print. Working along with the production team to action any minor alterations as required. Providing IT support to internal staff regarding software use and occasional hardware issues.Planning operations relating to transferring operations and stock to a new dispatch warehouse, establishing website information regarding stock held, received and managed.

Ensured property details were published with accurate measurements, details and statistics.Prepared advertisements for Rightmove and other property websites and papers. Arranged and attended viewings.Answered all queries regarding properties and relayed offers to the vendor/landlord. Followed up viewings with phone calls, working to judge interest and secure deals. Ensured Home Information Packs were correctly prepared with all relevant information. Dealt with enquiries from Solicitors and Valuers in respect of purchases, auctions and lets. I established customer needs, developed good customer relationships and recommended appropriate housing solutions.
