I am a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking chef with a passion for food and lots of experience working in busy restaurants around the world.I graduated from the institute of culinary education in New York and got my Culinary Art Diploma in 2006. In addition, I had a few internships to expand my knowledge of different cuisines.In the past 18 years, I have been working with different chefs and different cuisines like Spanish Tapas, French, American, Italian, South American and Organic. For the last 14 years, I have been working as an Executive Chef and Head chef, while most of the restaurants I have worked for were high volume restaurants with about 350 covers a night. At my last job, I have been working as a Catering Executive Chef running a $3000000 catering operation. Specialties: 18 years of professional cooking experience, including 16 years in kitchen management, and privet chef and estate management.
