In this position, I support the Operations Manager. My roles and responsibilities include:- working out volumes, pricing up jobs and sending quotes to customers- call backs to potential customers - booking in quotes using the MoveMan system- deputising for the Operations Manager in his absence- managing the performance of the two surveyors- reporting and team updates of sales performance

This role involved going to potential customers houses and pitch the company, survey the quantities that required moving and answer any customer queries. Within this role, I began to build more office experience with call backs to customers to follow up potential sales and also learning how to price jobs.
