Blevins Franks is the leading international tax and wealth management adviser to British nationals living in Europe. We have over 20 offices across France, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and Malta, and a head office in St James’s Square, London.

Working alongside the country MDs to implement sales teams in France, Spain and Italy. Using data to identify trends of individuals, identify areas for training (then conduct it) and help fly the flag internally for country based advisers not present in the UK office. Regular travel included. Also responsible for an internal project conducted in China.

Oversaw an individual team of Account Executives, up to 13 at a time, as well as 3 interns. Reporting to the UK MD. Responsible for hiring, training, managing and motivating the Account Executives to hit daily, weekly and monthly targets. Worked alongside one other team leader and grew the team from 18-26 AEs. Then second internal promotion.

A telephone based role setting appointments for UK based advisers to meet with prospective clients. Circa 150-200 calls per day. Graduated to being a mentor and then implementing the first ever intern program. Learnt the interview processes and conducted training of new Account Executives. Then first internal promotion.
