HR Business Partner within the Corporate Operations Group and Group Legal. Leading a team of 2 and guiding a group of over 1000 people globally.Responsibilities:✦ Provide senior counsel to leaders within Corporate Operations Group and deliver appropriate and effective HR strategies, services, and processes.✦ Advise and support business managers on all matters relating to recruitment, employee relations, employment screening, training, talent and performance management, diversity, and remuneration.✦ Partner with internal SMEs and external vendors to deliver specialist HR services to meet the needs of the business and address specific issues.✦ Oversee the delivery of critical processes at year end, including talent and reward and recognition forums.✦ Collaborate with diversity and inclusion colleagues in the implementation and delivery of programs of work.✦ Provide input into regional and global strategy development and initiatives.✦ Meet with other senior HR leaders regularly to share expertise and ensure a cohesive approach.✦ Develop and effect process and systems improvements to best meet the needs of the business while maintaining consistency and compliance with Macquarie Group governing HR principles and practices.

Responsibilities:✦ Oversee the employee relations activity for the Corporate Operations and Banking and Financial Services Groups, developing effective ER strategies and solutions.✦ Partner and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including HR business partners, business managers and directors, together with other HR specialists across EEO, WHS, HR Operations, and Reward.✦ Counsel the COG leadership on the interpretation of internal policies, industrial instruments and legislation and work with the business to identify and manage employee relations risk. ✦ Advise on policies and practices across all employee relations functions, such as performance management, employment screening, dispute resolution, consequence management, terminations, and business transformations.✦ Design and conduct disciplinary investigations and develop appropriate remediations, supporting the business manager.✦ Collaborate and provide ER services and functional support on special business projects, including business transformations, start-ups, acquisitions, and divestments, as well as insourcing and outsourcing initiatives. ✦ Work on Macquarie Group ER recruitment initiatives, attracting and selecting the best talent available and building high-performance, motivated teams to deliver world-class ER services in region.✦ Participation in for vendor management across the ER Centre of Enablement, including the career transition service provider and immigration vendor, as the Lead for the Macquarie Sponsorships Team.
