I started at Tremco as a data entry specialist for our roof inspection program over 14 years ago. Over several years, I learned roofing to perform quality control on incoming data, and drafting for processing flexibility. I trained new data entry specialist hires, and wrote a training manual that detailed the data entry process using our proprietary software. As our process evolved from manual entry from paper inspection forms to a tablet based electronic form for field users, I participated in designing a workflow tool to track receiving and internal processing. Most recently, I have taken a supplemental role in technical support for our data collection software; documenting user errors, training users, and writing a flowchart for a new data collection program. I also assist with logistics by setting up new jobs in our system for dispatch, managing internal workflow, and providing support to our field technicians.
