Ben Stewart is an environmental engineer with over 10 years’ experience with a personal interest in organisational change management, leadership development and team building. Ben also specialises in aerodrome management, operational leadership, strategic planning and has a strong technical background mine water management, watercourse stabilisation, and legislative negotiation with regulatory bodies. Ben is experienced in the planning, assessment and engineering design of watercourse and mine water management infrastructure as well as the technical leadership, operational leadership and management of change within functional and operations teams. Ben has worked in Queensland mining over recent years in both technical and leadership roles to improve site water management practices and strategies, optimise water management infrastructure and assess compliance against regulatory requirements. Most recently, Ben has transitioned into Aviation management, leading aerodrome operations in both the public and private sector.Leading diverse teams of professionals, skilled and unskilled labour from 2 to 20+ direct and indirect reports.
