Current- As part of the Senior Management Team I report directly to the agency MD and work with all Account Directors to develop creative marketing campaigns, including strategic partnerships, cooperative campaigns, content.
- Strategic planning and execution of paid consumer and trade campaigns for major tourism boards, including Hong Kong Tourism Board, I Love New York, Visit Seattle, Colorado and Arizona Tourism Office in Australia and.
- Implementation of content strategies in collaboration with both independent and large publishing networks, such as Nine and News Corp, ensuring consistent alignment with destination brand stories
- Leading cooperative marketing initiatives, inviting regional TPAs (Tourism Promotion Agencies) and CBVs (Convention & Visitors Bureaus) to extend destination marketing budgets and maximise campaign reach
- Sharing consumer and marketing trends with internal teams and clients, while facilitating upskilling opportunities to ensure innovation in consumer marketing across the agencyHighlights
- Leveraged innovative advertising techniques, such as talent and brand partnerships, to maximise ROI, including collaborations with personalities like Melissa Leong and Australian Olympians, plus brands such as Mountain.
