Focused on 2-12 layer count product in various fields(automotive, medical, energy, industrial, consumer products).

- Customer credit review;- Manage design team and supplier chain;- Financial controller;- Technical support to sales team.

- Establish and cross-check quality systems in all plants per customer-orient;- Co-ordinate quality events related to both customers and suppliers; - Monitor quality performance of each plant and drive for improvements; - Co-ordinate testing resources shared in group.

- Improvement QA organization;- Escort customer audit/visit;- Play as ‘Automotive Specialist’ in group;- Introduce new customers;- Establish and maintain customer relationship.
