I am an experienced Red Seal Journeyman Welder, CWB Level I Welding Inspector & CWB Welding Supervisor with more than 20 years of expertise in the field of manufacturing, team leadership, employee and apprenticeship training & coaching, efficiency improvements and workplace safety and maintenance. Throughout the years, I have developed and improved my skills in utilizing various welding processes and equipment, repair and preventive maintenance solutions for welding equipment and facilities. Lean manufacturing principals along with getting the job done correctly. With many accomplishments and demonstrated ability in leading a cross-functional team, training, and coaching of junior welders and developing in-house training programs to ensure the implementation of quality and safety practices in accordance with CWB standards & procedures.
