Engaged in process improvement projects for Metal Container Corporation in support of a $17m conversion project to transform a 16 oz. aluminum bottle production line to a line that is capable of producing both the aluminum bottle and 12 oz. sleek cans.

Designed and executed experiments to test conditions for selective growth of small diameter, single-walled carbon nanotubes via catalytic CVD processing. This work was carried out in the "Nanomaterials for Optoelectronics" group led by Prof. Jana Zaumseil.
