-Support and Train customers as they learn how to use Daktronics Control Systems.-Develop Training Materials to ensure customers have the resources they need to be successful.-Deliver Content Management and Scheduling services to assist our customers have display ready content.

-Help oversee, organize, and operate non-athletic events held in the basketball arena and football stadium.-As needed, execute a gameday script to engage and entertain fans through the use of crowd prompts, stats, videos, graphics, etc.-As needed, work a gameday video board crew role which could consist of show control (graphics) operation, replay operation, camera operation, or directing/technical directing.-Create/update and render content utilizing content templates such as matchup graphics, upcoming event graphics, stat backgrounds, prompt graphics, etc.-Cutout photos in photoshop for use in graphics (mainly headshot and senior day graphics).-Assist with game-week preparations by loading and testing content on the machines, updating and creating content buttons, etc.-Update scripts, content creation lists for game specific needs, running sponsorship reports in the Daktronics Venus System, and other general content management needs.-Assist with scheduling content to various displays for events and smaller one-off needs.-Learn Daktronics control systems, live video production equipment, and stats integration software.-Provide creative content ideas or suggestions to live productions to help keep the shows lively and entertaining.
