My name is Ben Willis, and I am a certified personal trainer and a Swim England qualified swim teacher. With over five years of experience in the leisure industry, I have acquired extensive expertise and numerous qualifications across various domains of fitness and swimming. My passion for fitness and training drives me to help individuals enhance their abilities and build confidence, which is a key motivation behind my work.In my role, I train and induct personal clients as well as members of the public. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients who have learning difficulties and physical disabilities, including conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and autism. This experience has enabled me to effectively adapt sessions and training styles, fostering an inclusive environment. Additionally, as a swim teacher, I regularly work with children, focusing on lesson planning and behaviour management.
