Played a key role in the establishment of the Alice Springs Office for AR Contracting, including the development of Client and a Sub-contractor relations. Involved in the successful tendering and delivery of Civil Construction works associated with the Northern Territory Government's Indigenous Community Town Camps Redevelopments. Provided mentoring support to the minimum 25% Indigenous Staff and integration of Adelaide based staff and contractors throughout the projects. Fostered good working relations with client Territory Alliance to delivery projects to their desired quality and budget requirements.

Managed the Engineering Services Team consisting 9 staff across the Traffic Management & Transportation Planning, Infrastructure Planning & Asset Management, and Design & Contract Superintending teams. Managed the delivery of Council's Civil Infrastructure Works Program implemented by the Engineering Services Team. Relieved the Director Engineering and Horticultural Services during periods of leave (January 2010, September 2010).My leadership skills were recognised by the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia (IPWEA - SA Branch) in June 2010 as the Professional/Emerging Leader.

Manage the Works and Services Team consisting 25 field staff across the civil construction and maintenance, building maintenance and trades disciplines. The role was also responsible for Stores and Purchasing, and Maintenace of Council's Somerton Park Works Depot.Manage the delivery of Council's Works Program including: Road Resealing, Minor Civil Works, Concrete Works, Footpath Renewal, Linemarking etc.As part of Council's focus for development of Infrastructure Asset Management Plans, I was seconded as Manager Technical Services (August 2007-January 2008).

Delivery of Council's Capital Works Program including: Road Resealing, Concrete Works, Footpath renewal, etc.The role as Technical Officer and Bicycle Coordinator (2001-2004) which included the delivery of Council's Traffic, Pedestrian and Bicycle Plans, and delivery of Public Lighting, Laneway Management and Proposed Development Engineering Referrals Advice.
