I have worked in the construction industry for over 16 years throughout numerous different roles from trainee floor layer to project management to where I am today working in a commercial management role. I have experience working in the main/ principal contracting sector and am currently working for Oliveti Construction as their Head of Commercial.The many different types of projects I have worked on throughout my career have enhanced and extended my experience, from managing several smaller projects at any one time to managing much larger projects, both as a contract manager and commercial manager.I have experience dealing with all areas of running a construction project from initial tender submissions to full project management on site through to handover.I have an ever increasing knowledge of all aspects of the building industry and am keen to continue my progression and enhance my knowledge further. I have worked hard to develop and expand good relationships with contractors and clients throughout each role I have had and aim to continue this at Oliveti Construction.
