Ben has over 25 years of experience in both Local and State Government sectors and has also assisted a non-for-profit organization in planning sustainable property logistics to help better serve their communities.Ben has assisted, coordinated and lead several Local Government Councils teams through the development, implementation and management of their property and asset management components of their Resource Plans. Ben was instrumental in establishing a periodic asset replacement rate 'benchmarking' exercise across several Local Councils to encourage 'peer' review and commonality of Local Council construction rates. Ben is an experienced Senior Officer and Manager skilled in all aspects of property development, asset management, building sustainability, urban planning, community liaison and stakeholder management. Ben is a strong infrastructure services professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture from UNSW Australia, and Project Management training from University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
