Have worked on a variety of water and wastewater projects in the West, with an emphasis on conveyance. This included the preliminary design of the 36-mile long 120 to 60-inch diameter Horizon Lateral pipeline for Southern Nevada Water Authority, an alternatives analysis for a 40-mile long 84-inch diameter Pure Water pipeline for Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and technical advisory services for Valley Water’s Purified Water Program which involves procuring a company under a public/private partnership to design-build-finance-operate-maintain a new advanced water purification facility and approximately 20 miles of 18-inch to 36-inch pipelines.

A wide array of experiences with project management, design management, construction management and program management. Multiple disciplines on large water and wastewater infrastructure projects and general civil projects. Experienced in all facets of design including constructability, traffic control, public outreach, property acquisition, environmental and permitting and multi-stakeholder coordination.
