With over 15 years of experience in corporate finance. investor relations and accounting field, I am a seasoned director of investment banking and a certified public accountant (CPA) who has led and executed successful financial advisory, M&A, IPO, pre-IPO, and debt advisory projects for both private and listed companies across various industries and markets. As a former director at Mont Avenir Capital Limited and Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd., I have demonstrated strong skills and competencies in project management, capital market, fund raising, business development, due diligence, valuation, market positioning, and strategic oversight. I have also built and maintained solid relationships with clients, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders, and delivered high-quality results that met or exceeded their expectations and objectives. My mission is to leverage my expertise and passion for corporate finance and sport management to create value and impact for organisations and communities in the sports industry. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business in Sport Management at Deakin University, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in the areas of sport governance, marketing, finance, law, and ethics.
