Tin City Impact is a Digital Marketing Agency with a vision of impacting Malaysia through building 1M meaningful relationships. Our mission is to rid Malaysia of scammy marketing agencies through exceptional integrity and excellence in all we do.At Tin City Impact, I spearhead the Creative Team, guiding them towards our vision with a focus on excellence and innovation. Daily, I enhance team performance by removing obstacles, uphold our core values, and collaborate to sustain high client satisfaction.

The role required me to be a kind of brand guardian for Dignity for Children where I curated the look and feel of the materials designed for marketing and fundraising use. I worked with a team of 3 talented individuals throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and learned a lot about leadership, management, and coordinating projects. As the Creative Lead, I also functioned as an individual contributor where I compiled and designed the annual reports and various fundraising direct mailers for Dignity. I was also actively involved in videography and photography as that's something I was interested in as well.

Throughout this time, I taught Upper Primary Science, Secondary School General Science, IGCSE English, Biology, and Business Studies. I've also taught Urban Gardening, Woodworking, and Drama at one point. I was also involved in training some of the boys of the Dignity Children's Choir.
