Ben is a highly experienced and competent technology professional with over 20 year’s specialist expertise within the fields of IT, Internet, Telecommunications & Network Security. Along his career development he has gained strength, knowledge & experience in business management, technology research and development, marketing, consultancy, project planning (Prince2 standard), Mergers/Acquisitions & IT Service Management (ITIL Standard). Technical support and problem resolution have always been a predominant aspect of his career & he’s always enjoyed a very hands on and involved approach to work. Having held senior positions, throughout his professional life, Ben is an instinctive decision maker & natural leader with proven budget management, leadership, motivation and communicational skills. Whether working with internal or external clients, senior executives and stakeholders he has the ability to effectively communicate information & drive projects forward on time and within budget. Ben has extensive experience of managing budgets for in-house and external client projects. These budgets range from £1k to multimillion-pound projects for single to international, multisite projects. An example of a major project, which Ben helped to successfully manage, was the rollout & management of a match ticketing & accommodation solution, for FIFA, at the World Cup in Japan & Korea in 2002. 

Throughout his career he has built a wealth of industry contacts including suppliers, consultants & specialists; this enables Ben to introduce potential partners, employees, customers & suppliers to any business with whom he is associated. He has been very fortunate to work across a broad spectrum of industries sectors including financial, marketing, education, health, manufacturing, retail & utilities.Ben is described as knowledgable, understanding, outgoing & genuine.
