About Ben Amunwa

I help people and businesses to thrive in the UK through my legal practice as a barrister.I help to keep organisations within the law and empower individuals to defend their rights.I do this regularly in Courts and Tribunals across the country, whether in person or remotely. Clear, no-nonsense advice in plain English is what I'm about. I talk to judges and other lawyers to resolve cases in my client's favour. I try to resolve disputes early, but, if necessary, I can represent you in online or in person hearings and guide you through the process from start to finish. My legal services are in very high demand. I work with an amazing range of clients, from professionals, businesses entrepreneurs and local government to unions, employees, migrants and the more vulnerable members of society. When I'm not practising law, I stay on top of my game by sharing knowledge and training other professionals, using video, webinars, seminars, blogs, discussions on social media and articles in the industry press. I frequently contribute to LexisNexis practice notes and am a trainer with the online CPD company, Datalaw. In January 2016, I founded lawmostly.com, a popular and free legal blog that makes sense of the law for those interested in or affected by it.On YouTube, IG and Twitter as 'benamunwa'.FB page: 'lawmostly'.
