I was responsible for the management of debt recovery and litigation across a number of parking enforcement businesses. This included the development of strategy and the management of external debt recovery and litigation providers to improve payment ratios whilst minimising costs.

I was responsible for the management of Advocates on the North Eastern and Wales Circuits. I provided support and assistance to the Advocates to ensure that a high quality service was being provided to clients. This included training and auditing Advocates, in addition to other supervisory responsibilities.

I attended the County Court on a daily basis conducting both final and interlocutory hearings in a self-employed capacity. I gained exposure to a wide variety of civil law matters including: mortgages, landlord and tenant, return of goods, insolvency, personal injury, and commercial and contractual disputes.

I worked as case handler managing a caseload of both litigated and pre-litigation suspected fraudulent personal injury claims arising out of road traffic accidents. I acted exclusively for the Defendant, servicing one of Europe's largest insurers.

I undertook both final and interlocutory hearings in the County Court on an employed basis. This included small claims hearings, infant settlement hearings, and MOJ Stage 3 hearings. When not in Court, I provided advices on both liability and quantum in respect of claims arising out of road traffic accidents.
