I have actively participated in the implementation of projects that are geared towards improved customer service, increasing profit margins, improving shop layout,digitisation of business transactions, merchandising and increased access to finance. I have succesfully integrated business associations consisting mainly micro retailers who have so far benefitted from large economies of scale, aggregation, merry go round, savings and sharing of information. They have built strong bargaining power, an important tool that enables them to obtain commodities at competitive prices. The end results has been creation of a thriving business eco-system between industries, business people and financial organisations. I have also mastered the art of mobilising, selection, vetting and training beneficiaries with low attrition rate. Partnership building between key industry players is part of my daily engagement. Creation of partnership between enterprising people, financial organizations and industries is an important aspect in the value chain that puts more money in the pocket of micro retailers who are at the end of the supply chain. In aggregate terms, economic growth and development will be realised feeding through business expansion and improved standards of living.
