Self- starter requiring minimal supervision with prior experience with working remote in a fast-paced environment.Effectively collaborate with Business owners, analysts and other leads across teams to understand and analyze business requirements.Comfortable with telephone and video collaborations to accurately communicate requirements, design, architect and build applications remotely with other team members.Create technical design documents and document solutions to lead, guide and ensure build from offshore developers meets the design and standards.Proactive identify, trouble shoot and solve complex mission critical problems including Production Support

Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply with architectural standards in all phases.Document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/enhance software application modulesParticipate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issuesResearch and prototype new technologies as appropriate.Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit testing, documentation and maintenance as appropriate.

Participate inthe technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver.Serve as a strong technical contributor.
