• Advising Asset Based Finance Association (ABFA) members, Factors and non-bank/alternate funding providers in contentious factoring matters, security and guarantee enforcement and collect-out of debts on assigned ledgers.

Dispute Resolution - Experience included drafting claim forms pleadings and instructions to counsel, drafting part-36 offers and negotiating and drafting settlement agreements and applying for enforcement of judgments. Insolvency – Frequently advised on options for business recovery, dissolution or insolvency, acted for companies & individuals in.

Corporate/Commercial ParalegalAssisted in the acquisition and disposal of shares and assets for undertakings of various size.Experience in managing data rooms, drafting disclosure letters & compiling disclosure bundles.Experience in drafting shareholders and partnerships/members agreements.
