Annulment Applications and obtaining S313 Insolvency Act 1986 charges in cases involving special circumstances.• Advising creditors on and pursuing winding-up and bankruptcy petitions. Dealing with any allied claims arising post-order. Advising creditors on their rights, entitlements and dividend prospects under company and individual voluntary arrangements. Advising Office Holders on Retention of Title claims.

Dispute Resolution - Experience included drafting claim forms pleadings and instructions to counsel, drafting part-36 offers and negotiating and drafting settlement agreements and applying for enforcement of judgments. Insolvency – Frequently advised on options for business recovery, dissolution or insolvency, acted for companies & individuals in winding-up and bankruptcy/annulment proceedings, asset sales & pre-packs and gave regular advice on wrongful trading and reviewable transactions.

Corporate/Commercial ParalegalAssisted in the acquisition and disposal of shares and assets for undertakings of various size.Experience in managing data rooms, drafting disclosure letters & compiling disclosure bundles.Experience in drafting shareholders and partnerships/members agreements.
