I founded Block Law to combine my love of business with the practice of law. My personal practice focuses on business and real estate law with a particular interest in assisting fellow entrepreneurs start, buy, manage, and sell their businesses. I leverage technology, mobility and accessibility to provide maximum value to my clients and strive to become their lawyer but also an advisor. I often have the privilege of combining my business education and experience with the law as both an advisor and legal advocate. I am also able to draw on both my transactional and litigation experience to better understand the consequences and risks that arise when agreements and commercial dealings go wrong.
