With over 23 years of experience in sports marketing and sales, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who oversaw all aspects of ticketing and member relations for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I am also a board president of Tampa Bay JDRF, a nonprofit organization that funds type 1 diabetes research and advocacy.As part of the organizational executive team, I infused a successful culture of people development and revenue growth, leading the Buccaneers to rank #1 in the NFL for customer satisfaction for eight years and for group tickets for three years. I have also leveraged my skills in Archtics, a ticketing and CRM software, to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer loyalty. In addition, I am committed to serving my community and supporting causes that are close to my heart, such as JDRF, the Tampa Bay Sports Commission, and the Police Athletic League.
