I handle Real Estate matters for Temple Bright LLP. I advise corporate occupiers, banks, investors and developers. My practice includes property investment, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, financing and security, property development and landlord and tenant matters. Before joining Temple Bright, I worked at Bond Pearce (now Bond Dickinson) and more recently at Foot Anstey, where I advised a broad range of private and public clients. Temple Bright is a chambers practice – a team of exclusively senior solicitors with a background in leading commercial firms. Our offices are in London EC2 and Bristol. Using a pioneering business model, we have rethought the traditional approach to legal advice.
