Vodafone Hutchison Australia is a 50:50 joint venture between Vodafone Group Plc and Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia) Limited. My role as an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) provided me with a wealth of experience particularly in the customer service, retail/sales, coaching and telecommunication space. In this role I attended numerous training sessions which taught me to identify important components of customer service and how to provide a positive experience for every Vodafone customer.
