Key responsibilities include:- Understanding, interpreting and designing solutions for enterprise level clients in the Media, Entertainment, Retail and Sports sectors- Conducting workshops with prospective clients and existing accounts- Offering best practice guidance relating to Customer Relationship Management, Subscriptions, Billing and Paid-Content Strategies- Helping internal and external colleagues turn complex technical conversations into business cases and strategies- Assisting the development of a strategic partner development program with complementary service providers- Adding market perspective, commercial angle and future requirements into R&D roadmap- Working with a direct sales team in 3 continents to nurture prospects through the entire sales cycle; from initial conversations to project completion and launch

Responsible for all sales activity in the publishing sector across Europe. Closing business with leading groups including: - The Independent- DC Thomson- Gremi Business Communications- El Espanol- Unidad Editorial- Prisa- Racing Post- Johnston PressAlso working in the Media, Sport and Retail verticals, closing multi-year contracts with:- Debenhams- Formula One- Specsavers- Sony PicturesWorking closely with the Marketing team to prepare sales collateral and outbound campaigns. Attending and speaking at industry trade shows including:- WAN-IFRA World Publishing Expo- IBC- INMA World Congress- Internet Retailing Expo
