Being part of the sales team, I was responsible for ensuring customers receive the best possible service each time they visited our store. I assisted in maximizing store profitability by exceeding my sales targets and utilizing in-store devices. While working there, I gained valuable communication and selling skills. I worked flexibly across multiple customer access points and resolved customer queries using active listening and problem-solving skills. I also used the downtime to uplift the overall likeness of the store floors, rearrange product displays and restock shelves.

My job was customer- and solution-centric reception of calls from new or existing customers in connection with Telekom's mobile prepaid, subscription-based and wired services. Carrying out the order and modification requests in our systems, handling invoice information and complaints, and selling devices were amongst my priorities. I managed to handle correspondence and internal communications professionally as well as received, sorted and directed incoming mail to maintain good communication channels.

I was selected into this programme which mainly focused on Environmental Awareness: to gain knowledge about understanding marine ecosystems, species identification, and the specific challenges faced by endangered sea creatures, learning about and promoting sustainable practices that protect marine life and habitats. I had to conducting surveys, monitoring species populations, and collecting data on marine environments, analyze collected data to identify trends, assess the health of species populations, and inform conservation strategies and raise awareness about the importance of marine conservation through workshops, presentations, and social media.

I was selected into this voluntary programme which mainly focused on the awareness of Physical and Mental Disability: to gain knowledge about empathy and compassion, to develop a deep understanding of the challenges faced by disabled children and pensioners, and showing genuine care and support, to learn to communicate clearly and patiently, often using alternative communication methods tailored to individual needs, to build patience while supporting individuals with varying abilities and needs, adapting to their pace and requirements, to adjust activities and approaches based on the changing needs and preferences of those you assist, to find creative ways to engage and support individuals, overcoming obstacles and adapting to unique situations.

I was responsible to give excellent customer service at the Avalon Resort in Miskolctapolca. This resort is committed to supply professional level towards customer’s demand. As a member of the associate team my priority was the protection and entertainment of the children. Promotion of the „Hell” energy drink, such as the own brand of their company group was also my job.

The Lions Clubs empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding through student exchange programme for young people. The participants all over the world can get to know other nations’ culture, to spend quality time in their home before and after the camp. I won the spot to participate in the USA, in the camp of Iowa in 2017 to represent Hungary by myself. During my stay, I volunteered to help in the organization of the charity events as a part of the 4th of July festival.
